Once a paid membership is successfully purchased, premium features are activated immediately and made available to the user.

Purchasing a membership does not guarantee marriage, relationship success, profile responses, meetings, or compatibility with other users.

Cancellation Policy

  • Request Timeline: Users may request cancellation of a paid membership within 24 hours of the payment date by contacting our support team.

  • Service Activation: If premium features have already been activated or used, the membership may not be eligible for cancellation.

  • Free Membership: Free accounts do not require cancellation.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only under genuine and exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate or excess payment

  • Technical errors during payment processing

  • Payment deducted but premium services not activated

If a refund request is approved after review, the refunded amount will generally be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Services

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

In case a user raises a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider without contacting HimachaliJodi first, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable the associated account.

Any misuse of payment systems, fraudulent refund requests, or abuse of promotional offers may result in account suspension, legal reporting, or permanent restriction from the platform.
